We offer a range of professional learning and development opportunities to support school staff with their practice. Through our network of schools, we are able to collaborate with outstanding teachers, leaders and departments, to bring your school and teachers high quality training, shared learning and peer-to-peer support. We also work in conjunction with the UCL Institute of Education (University College London) to provide nationally recognised qualifications UCL Institute of Education

NTLEC is proud to be a partner of VNET (Viscount Nelson Education Trust)
NTLEC is currently working with Oxford University and TCAT (The Challenge Academy Trust) in Warrington to broaden its curriculum offer and aspire more students to apply for University.
NTLEC works with Kunskapsskolan (KED) to create KED-inspired school experiences in primary and secondary schools locally. Norfolk Local Authority is currently in its second year promoting an International Schools Project, which includes some of The Yare Education Trust schools.
NTLEC hosts visiting teachers and education professionals from Europe and Asia. We provide a full programme of integration into curriculum areas including observations and team teaching.
NTLEC is a proud partner with Sport England and the Youth Sport Trust to lead seven schools locally to promote sports for under-represented groups.
Diversity and Leadership Equality
NTLEC is a proud partner of Alban Teaching School Alliance and have offered Women Into Leadership courses to develop women leaders locally. We are part of the WLE (Women Leaders East) Regional Network East.
BAME Into Leadership Network workshop sessions are also held locally.
We are partners with EASTA for the MatPat network.
